Friendly service but the food was not nice at all. Oil must need changed as all the food had a don’t taste.

Ordered 2 burger meals. Both were the buffalo burger. I'm not even convinced the burger was beef.... It was rubbery, flat and chewy. There would be more taste in a flip flop. Chips were standard chippy chips, nothing special. Best part was the can of juice. Took over an hour to arrive. Disappointing, disgusting and not worth the money.

I don't know it wasn't delivered to me and when I called the number one of the numbers were ignored and the other one the mobile connected to the company that is the number when you Google the hook and catch It was answered by someone who was laughing with his friends and I was told that it wasn't the hook and catch. My food never arrived yet the money was taken from my account and I am unable to get to talk to a person who is able to help me with the situation

No better than my local chippy so why are they posh fish n chips 🤷‍♀️

Batter soft chips over cooked

I ordered a chicken breast and got this with a bone. Also, I ordered in advance. I arrived on the time suggested and was told I had to wait on chips. People in front of me were asking about food and person at counter said he did not know as he had not tried it. Have heard really good things, may just have been a bad day.

Slightly too much sauce on the burger and too much sauce on the chips. Everything was cooked fresh, not sitting in the warm cabinet drying out. We will definitely be back. Nice, friendly, helpful staff.

Delivery within half an hour, pleasant delivery driver. Portion size was great. Freshly cooked and tasted fab. Got a deal on the suppers overall fantastic meal, well impressed and will definitely use again.

1st and last time getting anything here, 2hr wait on delivery!! Missed a call from them, tried calling them back to find out why they called me, to find the number for them did NOT exist🙄🤷🏻‍♀️an hour later they called back to say they had no scampi so I ordered something else, shop said it would be delivered in around 20 mins…. 55 mins later it arrived, fish was more grey than white and dried up, wasn't worth the £35, ice cream was more a milk shake so will not order from this place again!

Order arrived an hour early, no big deal that, but it was missing the chips I paid for, tried contacting them however the number on the menu or any google searches doesn’t exist so no way to speak to them to let them know, and the night before I ordered from just eat and they forgot my water, however the delivery driver had a can of sprite that he gave me as replacement.

Food amazing as always, but selected 7pm for delivery as no one was in the house, food was delivered at 6:25 which would normally be a good thing but was only because partner got home earlier than expected someone was home.

The food was cold the burger where not fresh I thing they use frozen burger and our estimated time was out by 40 mins later. So won't be ordering again.

Said i would be 40 minutes it took over 1.5 hours for it to arrive

Booked for pick up 12.20 didn’t get it until 12.45.. wanted pick up as I work up the road and only get certain amount of time for lunch ….. Not sure weather I will eat there again

Meal wasn't ready at specified time, in fact there was no recollection of my order

Order for collection walked in and told I was there for collection and immediately told to wait ten minutes around 5 minutes later was asked what I wanted making it seemed liked they had never even look at the collection. When they finally looked they said another 10 minutes. I was meant to be home at this point. And was running late for the rugby. Then other customer came in and he kept talking to her and stopping with my order even though it should of been ready by this point. The food quality was okay but 25 minutes late when it was order for collection.

3 hours later still waiting on delivery. The phone number doesn’t exist. Absolutely jokeZ

I ordered panko breaded goujons with chips. Chips all little bits and really cold. Fish was lukewarm, no tartare sauce. Ice cream wasn't great and ordered flake and got kinder bar which I don't like. Waste of money and won't be ordering again. Nothing posh about this establishment!

My pizza was under cooked, there was no plastic film so the toppings were stuck to the box on opening. Food was cold on arrival. We often order from Hook & Catch and have not been disappointed until now.
